We do everything possible to ensure that everything runs smoothly and are fully prepared in the event that something goes sideways. All our drivers are responsible to check every order in/out of their truck against the Bill of Lading (BOL) to ensure that the products and quantities are delivered to respective customer. The driver ensures that the order is also verified at receiving before capturing the signature of the receiver. 


If a short-ship occurs due to damage/spoilage in transit, the driver notifies FreshSpoke immediately so a credit can be issued to the buyer. FreshSpoke will work with the supplier to replace the product as quickly as possible at no expense to the supplier.
