Yes! Suppliers can add off-line orders through your store dashboard. Simply go to your Customer Management tab, select the customer, then browse right and select ‘Place Order’. If you're placing an order for a customer that has not yet been added to your dashboard click here and learn about how to add your customers and about payment processing options.
