FreshDispatch's delivery fees are calculated based on the size and weight of the packaging along with number of stops and distance and length of trip. In order to calculate delivery fees in real time the packaging information for each product needs to be entered. Users will find Shipping Packaging Info in the Product Details section of the product profile:

- The length, width and height is the exterior measurements (in inches) of the packing that the product goes into to be shipped.

- Type and material is for the kind of packaging that is being used (cardboard box, plastic bag, wood bushel basket, etc.).

- The system auto-populates the measurements from the product details into the third line of the Shipping Packaging Info. In the third line, users must enter how many of each of the individual product fits into the packaging size entered previously. In the example above the product is sold in a bushel and the shipping packaging is a bushel size so only 1 bushel fits into the packaging size.

Another example: A coffee roaster sells their beans on FreshSpoke in 5 lb bags. The producer can fit up to 4, 5 lbs bags of coffee into their shipping boxes. Therefore the user would enter 4 into the text box on the third line.

The system needs to be able to calculate how many of each shipping packaging type will be used for a particular order no matter how much of the product has been ordered.

- The fourth line is pretty straight forward - users enter the weight of the each individual product.
