In order to notify FreshSpoke that an order has been received by a buyer and therefore has been completed please follow these steps.
Click on 'Orders' in the top taskbar in the seller section of the website.
You will see processed orders listed on the bottom half of the page.
Once an order has been completed you will have to change the status to 'delivered' or 'shipped' depending on what kind of order it is.
Once you change the order status you will receive an email notification.
We can't know that the order has been completed until the status has been changed and therefore YOU WILL NOT BE PAID UNTIL THE ORDER STATUS HAS BEEN UPDATED.
