- Set up your shop on FreshSpoke for free and test drive it for 30 days at no charge.
- After 30 days, a subscription fee of $75/month is charged. The subscription fee is $60/month when paid annually.
- A transaction fee of 17.2% is collected on all orders processed through FreshSpoke (before taxes and discounts). Payment processing, delivery, and storage (up to 3 pallets) are included in the transaction fee.
- FreshSpoke processes the payment from the buyer, issues an invoice on your behalf, and settles your account on the 15th and 1st of each month.
- For no additional fee, your products will be promoted by the FreshSpoke's sales team!
Supplier Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up to date information on
FreshSpoke platform - First mile delivery into consolidation center
- Collecting payment for all manual orders
