We do all of our payment processing through the US company Stripe. They are the most secure online payment processing company. As a result of US legislation, we are required to ask for a piece of ID. 

1) Sign in to www.freshspoke.com
2) If you do not see your dashboard. Click "My Shop" in the top right-hand corner.
3) Click "Shop" in the toolbar
4) Click "Settlement" in the dropdown menu
5) Fill out all fields on the Banking Information page. Click "Next." *In the field "Account Holder Full Name," please use the exact name on your driver's license.
6) Fill out all fields on the Legal Information page. Click "Complete." *Upload a photo of your driver's license.
