There is an 'Off-duty' button in the top-right corner of the FreshDispatch web dashboard. As long as a driver is on-duty, they can be assigned delivery orders; drivers are considered on-duty until they select this button. When selecting this button a pop-up message that asks for a time period will appear, drivers will not be assigned any orders during this period. If a driver needs to take a break from FreshDispatch for any reason they are expected to update their status to Off-duty.
